It looks great, but may be too much for two people. That'll be good because it will give me leftovers for lunch. With the light coating of cornstarch, I don't think the chicken will soak up much oil.

It seems like a lot of chicken for 2 servings. In fact the whole recipe seems like too much for 2 servings.

I really like most all the recipes Yum, but I really would make more of them if you could please the nutritional info in so that it would help with being able to stay on a dieit.

the frying will make the calories jump sky high...wonder why you couldnt pan fry the chciken chunks in olive oil then toss with the honey mixture
