This was very good. My husband loved it. I just wish people would give their review AFTER making the recipe instead of complaining about it. Your complaints do NOT help if they are not about the recipes flavor, ease in making, etc. Thank you very much !!!

Sriracha Sauce is Thai Hot Sauce and you can find it at Asian Grocery Store or might be able to find it at Asian Grocery isle at your local grocery stores. It tastes similar to Tobasco Sauce, but thicker and has more sweetness and garlic taste in it. So, I guess you can use Tobacco Sauce to substitute Sriracha Sauce. However, I would add a little more honey or sugar and perhaps ketchup into the recipe. Here it the link and pictures: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sriracha_sauce or you can make your own Sriracha Sauce http://www.seriouseats.com/2010/04/homemade-sriracha-chile-sauce.html

The chicken tasted great, but served with plain white rice made it all taste very bland. The recipe does not make enough sauce to help flavor the rice. I also was not thrilled with having to use a whole bottle of oil just to cook the chicken. IF I make this again, I will make the chicken alone (cooked in smaller batches as to reduce the amount of oil needed) and will serve with mixed Asian vegetables instead of white rice. Sadly disapointed!

How can I substitute Sriracha Sauce? I have never heard to this cause.
