I used green onion chicken sausage for this and it was really good. I made it for a get together so I actually served it over rice and doubled the meat.

We would give this 3.5 stars. It was really good but needed something a little more. The previous poster's idea of cayenne pepper is something we may try next time. Along with garlic, teriyaki and possibly shredded mozzarella. We also think that the meat and potatoes need to be equal parts.

I liked this very much! It was simple but comforting. I used cayenne instead of paprika because I was out of it but it still tasted great
