Bake these mouthwatering ground beef meatloaves using Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs easily at home in two easy steps.

Ingredients

Meatloaf

cup ketchup

cup milk

cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs

cup finely chopped onion

lb. lean ground beef

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients; mix well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
  • 2 Remove meatloaf from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top. Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F. and beef is thoroughly cooked. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Expert Tips

Italian-style breadcrumbs add flavor to this meatloaf.

Prepare and shape the meatloaf in advance; cover and refrigerate it for up to 5 hours. Bake the meatloaf just before serving.

Reheat the leftover meatloaf slices you've refrigerated in the microwave. Heat each slice at 70% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
