well, i can't give my opinion, seeing how i haven't made them yet. i'm going to tomorrow. i was going to use raspberry preserves... i hope that doesn't change the consistency of the chocolate. i'll let you know how they turned out. they sound very yummy and easy.

Well, I can't post a review, since I haven't made them yet. I'm making them tomorrow. But can i use raspberry preserves instead? raspberry extract is a bit pricey for something i'll only use once. would that make the mixture too runny or thin? i guess i'll find out. i'll let you know how they turned out! :-) these sound delicious.

We've moved since I made these last and I went into a panic because I couldn't find the recipe. I am so glad it was on the website! I've made these for years and everyone loves them! I don't tell them how easy they are to make. I use different liquors such as coffee, hazelnut, Godiva chocolate or mint chocolate liquors.
