Ingredients

cup butter, cut into pieces
1/3
cup light corn syrup

teaspoon cardamom
1
teaspoon nutmeg
1/4
teaspoon salt

cups pecan halves

cup salted or unsalted whole cashews
2/3
cup blanched whole almonds

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil. Place butter in foil-lined pan. Place pan in oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until butter is melted.
  2. 2 Remove pan from oven. Add corn syrup, cardamom, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Add pecans, cashews and almonds; stir to coat. Spread in single layer in pan.
  3. 3 Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until nuts are golden brown. Remove from oven; immediately stir mixture. Cool 20 minutes or until completely cooled. Store in tightly covered container.
