Expert Tips

This is a great project for kids! They’ll love forming the dough around the chocolate candies and working with the colored sugar.

These cookies are perfect for a festive get-together or tailgate party. Customize the colors of the sugar for any holiday or team.

Colored sugar is found in the baking aisle at the grocery store baking aisle. It can also be easily made by stirring a couple drops of food coloring into 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
