package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves

  • 1 In medium bowl, mix cheeses and pepper. Using hands, roll mixture into 10-inch log.
  • 2 In shallow dish, mix dried cranberries, parsley and chopped rosemary. Roll log in mixture, coating all sides and gently pressing to adhere. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries. Serve with crackers.
