An easy goat cheese spread rolled with cranberries and parsley! Serve with assorted crackers for a tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 log (10.5 oz) chèvre (goat) cheese
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • Assorted crackers

Steps

    In medium bowl, mix cheeses and pepper. Using hands, roll mixture into 10-inch log.
  • 2
    In shallow dish, mix dried cranberries, parsley and chopped rosemary. Roll log in mixture, coating all sides and gently pressing to adhere. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries. Serve with crackers.
