I made this last year for our annual family Christmas breakfast and everyone loved it! It was so easy and delicious. I will definately make this again.

I have made this Christmas morning twice now and other holiday mornings! Everyone that has tried it LOVES it!! And its pretty easy to make!!!

This was very good. I made it the night before and put it in the frig, then baked it the next morning.

Anything you'd put into an omelet can go into this recipe... I added jalapeno slices and mushrooms. Easy construction and baking time. Love it!

This is wonderful! I made it this morning for a family brunch, and it was a hit! I am going to make it for Christmas morning too! It was simple to put together, and tasted great! Just a tip....I used reduced fat pork sausage and there was nothing to drain and no grease!

I made this Christmas morning and my family LOVED it!!! My children are picky eaters and looked at it like "what is this?!?!" and after their first mouthful they were in aww LOL :)...it tastes WAYYYY better than it looks
