I used a frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots mix. I also used chicken instead of bacon & Italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of the sesame seeds (I brushed it with melted butter over the bread first). For the cheese, I used cream cheese.

Simple and great tasting! Made this last year for family Christmas and it has already been requested for this year's festivities. As a Weight Watchers member I use low fat crescent rolls and low fat cream cheese and it still tastes wonderful.

Awesome! First tried it in 2010 and quickly got the recipe and made 3 of them. It will be tradition with the broccoli but I may have to do the sweet idea and make two for each party i attend this Christmas!

I changed it up a bit by using a box of frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed) and fat free cream chees for the filling. The second time around I used cream cheese and a little sugar to sweeten it up a bit. Then spooned blueberry pie filling on top of the cream cheese/sugar mixture. The sweet one disappeared almost immediately. FABULOUS!

We are vegetarian and I made it work for us by using tofurky sausage instead of bacon. I also using a non lactose cream cheese. NON vegetarian friends had no clue that it was vegetarian base. I serve it with soup as a meal. Fun to make!

I tried this as a last minute thing for a party at work. I work in the bakery at a grocery store. It was different than anyone else brought. It was gone as fast as it was to make. A major find for my recipe box!!
