Ingredients

tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

tablespoon butter or margarine

cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2
cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)

Directions

  1. 1 Beat eggs, egg whites, chives, parsley, salt and pepper in medium bowl with fork or wire whisk until well mixed.
  2. 2 Melt butter in ovenproof 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet; sprinkle with ham and cheese. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
  3. 3 Set oven control to broil. Broil frittata with top 4 to 5 inches from heat about 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into wedges.
