This isn't bad, it's just not what I expected. I would like an eggier quiche. I also think there must be a better way to incorporate the cheese spread; it is delicious, maybe if it is warmed up first it could be mixed throughout the "batter" instead of just dolloped on. I like the idea of chicken and broccoli quiche, using the garlic-and-herb spread - I think this is just too much half and half, not enough egg.
