Ingredients

1: pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

3/4: cup crumbled feta cheese (3 oz)

2: tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2: tablespoons cut (1-inch) fresh chives

1: tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

: Dash coarse ground black pepper

1: small garlic clove

1/4: cup finely chopped ripe olives

I will say upfront that I have not tried this recipe but I can recommend a possible variation. My mother made an incredible spread that did not have herbs in it but combined bleu cheese with cream cheese and black olives in roughly the same proportions as this recipe. Too delicious and made a bleu cheese convert out of me. Hated the stuff til she made the spread and have loved it ever since.
