Herbed Cashew Chex Mix® Snack

cups Chex Mix® Traditional snack mix

cups bite-size biscuits shredded whole wheat cereal

cup whole cashews
1/4
cup butter or margarine
1
teaspoon onion powder
1
teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2
teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, mix snack mix, cereal and cashews.
  • 2 In 1-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in onion powder, oregano and pepper sauce. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  • 3 Bake uncovered about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Serve warm or cool. Store in tightly covered container.
