Thyme provides an aromatic flavor to this easy side dish made with vegetables and couscous – ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

cup frozen early June peas

teaspoon salt

teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

garlic clove, minced

medium tomato, seeded, chopped

Steps

  • 1 In medium saucepan, combine broth, peas, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  • 2 Remove saucepan from heat; stir in couscous and tomato. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
