Chicken breasts and mushrooms seasoned with garlic, pepper, paprika and cooked in a skillet till the aromatic flavors seep in. A hearty dinner that’s ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)

teaspoon Italian seasoning

teaspoon garlic-pepper blend

teaspoon paprika

teaspoon salt

cup chicken broth

package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)

Steps

  • 1 Sprinkle both sides of chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic-pepper blend, paprika and salt.
  • 2 Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes. Turn chicken; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in broth and mushrooms. Cover; cook 4 to 7 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
