Heat oven to 350°F. With sharp knife, cut 3-inch slit in meaty side of each chicken breast to form pocket.
In small bowl, mix cheese, parsley, oregano and oil. Gently spoon 1/4 of mixture into each pocket. Place chicken in ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
