Ingredients

container (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese spread (1 cup), softened

oz feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 cup)
1/2
teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2
teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1
tablespoon finely chopped chives or green onion tops
2
red or green apples or pears, cut into 20 slices each, or assorted crackers

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese, blue cheese, basil and rosemary with electric mixer on medium speed, or with spoon until well mixed.
  2. 2 Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
  3. 3 To serve, place in serving bowl; sprinkle with chives. Serve with fruit or crackers.
