Enhance the flavor of three kinds of cheese with three herbs—basil, rosemary and chives.
Instead of serving this creamy dip in a dish, spoon it onto a large sheet of plastic wrap and create a log. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
If you'd prefer to use fresh herbs, use 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves and 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary.
