Enjoy this hearty tomato, beans and corn soup that’s ready in 30 minutes – perfect for a dinner.

Ingredients

(28-oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up

(15.5-oz.) can light or dark red kidney beans, drained

(11-oz.) can vacuum-packed whole kernel corn, undrained

(10 3/4-oz.) can condensed tomato soup

teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

Steps

  • 1 Spray 4-quart nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and celery; cook and stir until tender.
