Ingredients

lb boneless beef round steak

lb small red potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices (4 cups)

medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)

medium carrots, chopped (1 cup)

medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

cloves garlic, finely chopped

tablespoon beef bouillon granules

teaspoon pepper

jar (6 oz) Green Giant™ sliced mushrooms, undrained

cartons (32 oz each) Progresso™ beef flavored broth
1/2
cup water
1/2
cup all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut beef into 1x1/4-inch pieces. In cooker, mix beef and remaining ingredients except water and flour.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
  3. 3 In small bowl, mix water and flour; gradually stir into soup until blended. Increase heat setting to High; cover and cook about 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
