Hearty Italian Spaghetti Dinner

Ingredients

boneless pork loin chops (4 oz each), trimmed of fat, cut into 1x1/4-inch strips

cup finely chopped onion (1 large)

cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut up

tablespoon dried parsley flakes

tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

cloves garlic, minced

can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained

can (8 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato sauce

oz uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 In 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except spaghetti.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting for at least 7 hours.
  • 3 Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Serve pork mixture over spaghetti.
