lbs. 93% lean ground beef
1.5
cups chopped spinach
1
cup small-diced carrots
2
roll Pillsbury Grands Biscuits!

  • 1 Brown your ground beef in a frying pan.After beef has been browned add carrots and cook until soft. Add spinach. (Can substitute other veggies depending on what your family loves).
  • 2 Meanwhile, on a large non-stick, lightly greased baking sheet, place 1 package of biscuits and flatten somewhat. Divide beef and veggie mixture onto each biscuit (approx.1/8- 1/4 cup). Place 1/2 slice cheese on top.
  • 3 Flatten remaining package of biscuits between hands and place on top of beef, veggie, and mixture. Pinch sides of bottom and top biscuits together to create seal.
  • 4 Bake according to directions on biscuit package. Enjoy!
