This is a quick, easy, yummy lunch. I added tomatoes and used the spinach & artichoke spread. YUMMY. WIll make OFTEN!!

This is an awesome sandwich! I used a wedge of laughing cow cheese. I will be making this again and again! As for the fat content and carbs, well, there are 2 pieces of bread! If you use water packed artichoke hearts and low fat cheese, you are good to go!

This recipe has 1g of trans fats in it, 10 grams of fat, and is loaded with carbs (40). Heart-healthy? I don't think so.
