Wow, yum yum! I love sour cream so that was a plus with this recipe. Healthy versions I look for all the time and this out did itself.
I had most of the items already in my house and subbed the following.
I changed the onions to scallions/green onions yummy and added some taters as well.
I did do a double crust, couldn't help myself, the crust is what is all about :)
Very, very good, will make again and again during these winter months.

My husband balks at chicken, but actually enjoyed this recipe. I used a veg mix of broccoli, carrots, and green beans. Yum!

I just made this recipe tonight for the first time. It turned out to be delicious. Every one ate it up. I did however make a few changes. I added about 7oz of canned diced potatoes. I can't eat pot pie without some taters. I also only added about 8oz sour cream. It could have been that I was off in my measurments, but the mixture was so thick that adding all the sour cream it called for would have been too much. I also added extra milk to help thin it out and make it creamier. I was also asked to leave out the onions next time. I liked them but my boyfriend didn't. Next time I am going to use a bottom pie shell with this. The shell went too quickly when we dug into this. And everyone wanted more of it.

This recipe is very simple and very delicious. Doesn't taste "healthified". Everyone loves the flavor and the way the gravy is "attached" to every morsel. Just as good re-heated as a leftover.

I loved this chicken pot pie recipe. My 15yo son said he would have liked it better with a bottom crust as that is his favorite part. So I will be buying small pie tins to make individual ones. This truly was a fabulous recipe, my husband enjoyed it as much as I did.

This is like other pot pie recipies but with low-cal alternatives. Also, it doesn't have potatoes. Suprisingly, my super-picky husband said it tasted just as good. It was easy to make too.

This is wonderful!! I added a little bit more vegetables and used Vegan chicken substitute, then added a little bit of red pepper! My family loved it!!!

I cheated and used a top and bottom crust. It was delicious!!! I also used fresh carrots and frozen peas instead of mixed veggies. Very easy recipe and a definite keeper. Yummmmmmm!

This was so good. I cheated and picked up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store but other than that I followed the recipe to a tee. My husband said that if he had not watched me make it that he would have thought it was a much loved frozen version.
