I loved this recipe! I thought it turned out great just the way it is written. I didn't have a casserole dish so I used a large pie pan, and it worked great. It doesn't retain it's form when you serve it from the pie pan, but it tastes good! I love that it is better for you than most pot pie recipes.

@Stargaerss, 3grams of fat per 100 calories is considered low fat. This recipe comes very close to low fat.

This was really good. I made it in a Pie Plate, and it was hard to serve as it fell apart as we cut it, but it was still delicious despite not looking so good. I am on Weight Watchers and this was a great low pointsplus dinner option for me! I cut itinto 12ths also instead of 8ths. I used non fat greek yogurt (6oz) instead of sour cream to make it even healthier. Will make again for sure!

ps so thats 100- grams of fat (wihtout the bottom crust that most seem to prefer), add about 70 more grams of fat for the bottom crust...

Look sdelicious...but I wonder if anyone noticed that this is TEN servings at 10 grams of fat per serving? Knowing my husband he would want at least 1/3 of it and that would be over 33 grams of fat...wish it was a little more healthy.

Was super easy to make. Made it the day before and put in the fridge overnight. Cooked up great and tasted wonderful. Everyone loved it. Going to be a regular in my menu for the household

We really loved this recipe!! I did use more vegetables and the milk and sour cream that I had in the house (I don't like fat free foods).
