I used turkey kielbasa and thought the flavor of this dish was AWESOME. Took it to a party with a Hawaiian luau theme and received many compliments. Very colorful dish. The only negative is the calorie count!

I was very disappointed with the lack of flavor in this dish. The only substitute I made was using Turkey kielbasa.

My entire family loved this, including my 2-year-old and 5-year-old. The smoked kielbasa I used blended perfectly with the sweetness of the pineapple flavor. I did make one substitution - I used zucchini simply because my family prefers it over red or green peppers. I will definitely make this recipe again.

This was fantastic! You do not have to be a pineapple freak to like this. The Pineapple taste is very smooth and mellow. The combination of flavors was just great. Very easy to prepare, I found the pineapple preserves in my local Wal-Mart with the P&B and jellies. A receipe keeper for me. I will be making this again.
