Hawaiian Quesadillas

Ingredients

flour tortillas (7 inch)

teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise

oz thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
1
can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2
cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4
cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, place tortilla. Spread with 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise. Top with half of the ham, pineapple, bell pepper and cheese. Top with second tortilla.
  2. 2 Cook over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. 3 Repeat to make second quesadilla.
