Hawaiian Pizza Biscuit Appetizers

The sweetness of pineapple blends well with savory Canadian bacon and Colby Jack cheese.

cup pizza sauce

slices pizza style Canadian-style bacon (from 3.5-oz package)

cup pineapple tidbits, drained

tablespoons diced green bell pepper

cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • 2 Split biscuits horizontally. Top each biscuit half with pizza sauce, Canadian-style bacon, pineapple, green pepper and cheese.
  • 3 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted.
