(8-oz.) can pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, drained

cup chopped carrot

cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing

(6-inch) pita (pocket) breads, halved

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads and lettuce; mix well.
  2. 2 Line each pita bread half with lettuce leaf. Fill with scant 1/3 cup ham salad.
