Hawaiian Ham Salad Pitas

A sweet glaze of pineapple and mustard is traditional with baked ham and these flavors work well for sandwiches, too. Fat-free mayonnaise and honey mustard bind the ingredients together nicely.

  • 1 In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads and lettuce; mix well.
  • 2 Line each pita bread half with lettuce leaf. Fill with scant 1/3 cup ham salad.
