I was looking for something quick, easy and tasty. We love breakfast for supper so this fit the bill. It was great. Entire family loved it. Had more than enough for the 4 of us and some to share with my parents. The only thing I would do different would be to add another egg and more milk. But that is a personal thing. Try this recipe!
