I LOVE this pie-there should be a 6th star! I somehow managed to forget several of the ingredients so I substituted some things (you tend to get inventive when you're desperate)the night before Thanksgiving and it still came out great! I simplified the crust and used just the gingersnap/pecan crust-very nice. (Just be careful-it can over cook easily) Anyway...give this a try, you won't be disappointed!

I made this to test out for Thanksgiving and my family LOVED it even more than pumpkin pie. I am making 4 today to take to 2 different Thanksgiving's tomorrow. My family cannot wait to eat it again!

Did I miss something in the instructions? I did not see any reference to the ginger snaps and other ingredients in the instructions for the crust.
