It was very easy to make, I took klange82 advice and cooked the ground beef and onions first, then I cooked the potatoes and then drained it. The only thing that I would change would be perhaps double the "sauce" that you put in it. I would have liked it to have a bit more liquid.

It was good and easy to make. If I make it again I would cook the ground beef and red onions first, drain then add the potatoes.
