For bite-sized "spiral" food, cut each wrap crosswise into four sections.

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon prepared mustard

small lettuce leaves

Steps

  • 1 In medium bowl, combine ham, onion, celery and pickle; mix well. Add mayonnaise and mustard; mix well.
  • 2 Spread mixture evenly on tortillas, covering entire surface. Top with lettuce leaves. Roll up each tortilla.
