Package of Cooked Ham (Rectangle Sheets)

Package of Cream Cheese

Stems of Fresh Green Onions

  • 1 On microwave safe plate, cut Cream Cheese in 6 cubes and soften for 5-8 seconds in microwave.
  • 2 Lay 1 Sheet of Cooked Ham horizontally on cutting board. Spread 1 cube of Cream Cheese on ham, leaving 1/4 in. around the edges.
  • 3 Cut the tip off the onion and lay the onion horizontally at the edge of the ham, and lined up with the vertical edge also.
  • 4 Carefully lift the edge of the ham and tightly roll it being cafeful not to tear the ham.
  • 5 Repeat with remaining ingredients. Chill Ham Roll logs for 1 hour, and cut into 1/4 - 1/2 in. slices

Great with Green Onion centers, even better with kosher Dill Pickles!

If you have kids that enjoy helping in the kitchen, this is a very easy recipe for them to assist with. For a healthier version, you can use low-fat or fat-free Cream Cheese. ENJOY!!!
