Ingredients

DRESSING

cup oil

tablespoons cider vinegar

SALAD

cups torn iceberg lettuce

cups torn fresh spinach

cups cubed cooked ham

cup seedless red grapes, halved

cup sliced green onions

(11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, chilled, drained

cup caramelized pecan halves*

Directions

  1. 1 In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.
  2. 2 In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except pecans; toss gently. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
  3. 3 Just before serving, add pecans; toss gently.
