Expert Tips

To seed a tomato, cut the tomato crosswise in half and squeeze each half gently over a bowl to remove the seeds.

Add a little kick, and use shredded pepper Jack cheese instead of the mozzarella.

I definitely changed up the recipe by adding different things, like hash browns and whatnot. Instead of just adding the eggs, I cooked them a little bit first to make them fluffy. It worked out really well. I also made mine deep dish and extra cheesy. Its a big favorite amongst everyone I have made it for. When I make it for 'Breakfast for Dinner', there are definitely no leftovers. Its gets devoured every time!

Crescent sheet, Fresh Broccoli, Fresh Mushrooms. Use 13"x 9" glass baking dish, greased.

Pineapple in small chunks is a definite add on as well as fresh mushrooms. Sooo delicious!!!

I think more cheese on top, fresh mushrooms & crisp cooked asparagus instead of broccoli would remake this into elegant.

I think using a round pizza pan it might be easier to separate the triangles and place individually around then press together. But it's easier to just unroll onto sheet pan & press together as you said. Just my thoughts........
