I have made this at least 5 times and so far everyone loves it. I have doubled the mushrooms using fresh mushrooms that I precooked, used sausage instead of ham and mixed some frozen broccoli in with cheese whiz. No matter what my group keeps asking for it. Best part, even my broccoli haters scarfed it right up. Yummmy!

I'm not a mushroom lover, so i substituted sliced black olives and it was great

I baked this dish and took it to a Scrapbooking Weekend. I kept well and reheated wonderfully. Everyone who got to try it enjoyed it, seeing as there were 80+ attendees.

This casserole turned out great! I used a roll of breakfast sausage instead of ham and I used 8 eggs instead of 10. The Grands Biscuits were the best part of this recipe. I'll definately make this again for dinner.

This recipe has wonderful flavor. We really enjoyed it and even had it again a couple of days later. The only thing I would change is the amount of biscuit on the bottom. I would cut it down a bit since we found it to be to bready and dry. I am guessing it will be more omelet style with less bread. I will definately make this again.

I served this for my Easter brunch and found it to be a crowd pleaser and very easy recipe to make.

This is amazing! Perfect for that early morning group getting ready to go to the big game! Delicious combination of meat, veggies and cheese....add the Pillsbury crust and you have a 4-food-group slice of heaven!! If this can''t get your team going, believe me NOTHING will. Julie deserved the $1 Million Dollar grand prize for this National Champion style eggs-travaganza!! Like a great team on a winning streak, the ingredients in this dish come together and score every time!!
