Delish! Had it last night for dinner and everyone enjoyed it. I had a leftover piece this morning for breakfast! I did leave out the broccoli b/c my 3yr old wouldn't eat it but all the other ingredients were great. Is definitely on my will make again list. It looks beautiful too :-D

Good, easy recipe! I added a pound of breakfast sausage (I cooked it in a pan before adding to egg mixture) instead of ham and left out the onions and mushrooms. My picky little eaters ate every bite on their plates. It looked just like the picture when finished. I was very impressed with this meal. We will definitely eat it again.

A friend made this dish for my family this past weekend. It was delicious. I immediately got on the Pillsbury website to get the recipe. I will definitely make for my family.

I made this for Christmas breakfast and it was a HUGE hit! I did not have the broccoli with cheese sauce on hand so I used a regular package of broccoli and added some Velveeta chunks. I also ommited the swiss chhese and added chopped green peppers. Easy and delicious!

I love this dish! I even fix it the night before so in the morning all I have to do is pop it in the oven. Everyone loves it!!! Now I just buy ham lunch meat and just chop it up for the meat so much faster and easier!! I think you will love this recipe!

I contacted Pillsbury to find out if you can make this a day before and their response was..."The ham and cheese bake can be baked and refrigerated for 2 to 3 days". So I guess the answer is no you cannot make it a day before unless you bake it.

Excellent. I used 1 lb of breakfast sausage and cooked the onions with the sausage the night before. I also thawed the broccoli and cheese in the refrigerator overnight and did not cook it per the instructions. The next morning I just mixed everything together. It was excellent and everyone wanted the recipe! Has anyone made this entire omelet the evening before?
