Made this for Sunday brunch. It was a very attractive dish to serve and tasted great. Took someone elses hint and cut the biscuits much smaller and it worked out really well. Tasted like it was much more work than it actually was!

We made this for dinner. I used frozen broccoli (without cheese sauce) since that's what I had on hand, however, it was a little too runny for the recipe. So, next time we will stick with the cheese broccoli. I had a hard time getting the biscuit dough to stay under the egg, so next time I think I will cut the dough into smaller pieces. Otherwise, we loved it and will definitely make again.

This is wonderful - xcept I use Pillsbury Pizza dough instead of the rolls. It's delicious!!

One other thing to mention. You can make it the night before and bake in the morning. Bake it the full 50 min. because it is stone cold right out of the fridge.

I made this for Easter and everyone loved it (Except my husgand who doesn't eat broccoli). I added about 1/3 lb of cubed Velveeta and also fresh mushrooms. We loved the veggies. Nice addition to the old standard sausage breakfast cassarole.

Yumm!!! I usually make the same sausage and egg brunch bake but I wanted something different..the ham, veggies, and the key ingredient, the biscuits!!! The biscuits make each bit mmmm-good.
I used fresh mushrooms as one reviewer suggested but kept everything else the same. I had 10 people for brunch. I cut casserole into 2 by 2 inch squares.this was a nice serving with fresh fruit, bread(toast), and lil' sausages as sides.

I'd add fresh broccoli &/or fresh spinich...and sautee fresh mushrooms in butter & wt. wine, grn. onions or leeks. Fresh veggies are ALWAYS BETTER! there's enough cheese (or you can add Mexican shredded cheese) to spice it up! Some jalapenos, green chilis, and cumin or tobasco woild give it an added kick! Green chilis are milder, yet still give it more flavor! KQ
