Made today and it was fantastic. So simple! I followed the recipe verbatim. I let the biscuits thaw for 30 minutes while I went for a walk. It came out a bit runny, but that was due too much cheese in it( I thought it did not have enough cheese). Also I will add one more biscuit next time. All in all, I will definatley make again. This is a sure winner in my household.

I love this recipe . One can substitute just about anything for the 1/2 cup of ham. Onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc. I also use egg substitute with just a slash of milk for a heart healthier version.

This is an absolutely scrumptious breakfast and is really enough for 3 servings. I substituted shredded mozarella cheese (because I had no cheddar) and added chopped red onions. This is a new fave in our house!
