Really liked the concept of this recipe - - it's so versatile, for any meal! I used leftover breakfast sausage, added parmesan cheese and a tablespoon of finely diced onion. Could use leftover chicken, maybe make a buffalo chicken type thing, or mexican...I'm exited to try different takes on this now!

Made this for Christmas morning and it was a big hit. The only problem was when I reheated the leftovers the next day the bread got rubbery. Any suggestions on how to avoid this from happening again?

Easy to put together and limited ingredients makes it perfect for a quick dinner with a salad. Light enough to eat as a late dinner also. I will add a little more cheese next time, but will definitely make it again.

Good recipe. I doubled it in an 8X8 dish and had lots of goof leftovers. Serves well the second go round also.

Instead of broccoli I used mushrooms because I had them on hand. Excellent breakfast food.

This looks really yummy, and I can't wait to try it! I will probably add extra cheese - as a personal preference,%0d%0a%0d%0aFor the party that does not like broccoli, what about subbing asparagus?
