Everyone really has enjoyed these when I made them. My only difficulty was getting the right amount/size of dough for the cup.

Made these today for a New Year's dinner we were invited to. I used the Big and Buttery Pillsbury Cresent Rolls. Cut the roll into 12 slices; and put a slice in each cup of a regular sized cupcake pan. Then put in two slices of Oscar Mayer peppered turkey thin sliced lunchmeat. Mix the other ingredients and put a heaping tablespoon in each cup. Baked about 19 minutes. They were delicious. The hostess served them with the dinner. Thanks Pillsbury.

I found that folks who do not like spinach, like fresh not canned or frozen. Or...even better is Swiss Chard. It does not have the strong taste of spinach and is a good substitute fresh or frozen. Swiss Chard makes a beautiful garden plant and is very heardy. It will come back every year. The stalks can be used like celery and add a nice cruch to salads without the strings that are attached to celery. Of course, good chefs remove those. Also, collard or mustard greens are delicious in this recipe. This is a great recipe that can be made with proscuitto, smoked ham, or bacon.

My husband loved this. I have a bit of a problem with it because I don't much like spinach. Is there anything I can use in place of the spinach?
