I made this a couple years ago for a Christmas gathering. I would have to say it was pretty good, but the pineapple cream cheese just doesn't work with it. I think when I try it again this year, I am going to get the vegetable cream cheese spread to try. I think the pineapple is just overly sweet for the type of meat and veggies that are on it.

I don't think you can mess it up. Next time I will flatten it a bit. In hopes it will not bake up as thick. I had 2 pieces left over. My boys wanted a crescent roll now! So I saved 2 for them.

I used a round pizza pan and served it on that to. I put a candle in the middle as suggested by someone else here! Thanks great idea!

I made the wreath and it was easy to do. I was worried but it came out great! I made mine into a cold veggie pizza. Everyone loved it! I used the powdered ranch with mayo and cream cheese. Topped it with shredded sharp cheddar, diced green and red peppers, very small pieces of cauli. & broc., scallions and cherry tomatoes (Tommy toes)cut in half. I forgot the shredded carrots.

How large of a cookie sheet do you need? My largest cookie sheet is 17 1/2 by 13. Im wondering if it will fit. TIA
