Ham and Vegetable Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients

flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)

tablespoons reduced-fat garden vegetable cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)

package (6 oz) thinly sliced 97%-fat-free cooked ham

cup shredded lettuce

thin slices tomato

small cucumber, cut into thin strips

green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella or smoked provolone cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 Spread each tortilla evenly with 1 tablespoon cream cheese spread. Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
  2. 2 Roll up tortillas. Cut each diagonally in half; secure with toothpicks. Wrap each roll-up securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
