Instead of trying to gently transfer hand pies to ungreased cookie sheet, cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your pan and prepare the pies on the paper, then transfer the entire paper to the pan. One step to place all four on the sheet.

The Nutritional Information states that 4 hand pies are 1 serving (and no other information). Is that one Paula Dean serving? 1/2 pound of ham per person? I have to "hand" it to you - that's a diabetes diagnosis waiting to happen!
