Ham and Spinach Melts

The sun-dried tomato bits are small in size but give these warm sandwiches a big boost of flavor.

I used extra sundried tomatos instead of peppers, garlic wraps, and fresh basil...Awesome!

This was incredible! I used fresh spinach, on a spinach tortilla. Low fat sour cream. 2 thumbs up in Oklahoma.

This was really good - a change from the usual ham sandwich. I modified the recipe according to the ingredients I had on hand. Didn't use spinach but put in some gourmet lettuce, no fresh basil so I used dried. I had poblano peppers from a prior recipe so I used those instead of the red bell peppers. And I used swiss cheese instead of the provolone. Got rave reviews from the family. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
