In medium bowl, combine pineapple with juice, brown sugar, apple pie spice and cornstarch; blend well. Set aside.
Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add ham slices; cover and cook 3 minutes.
Turn ham. Add pineapple mixture to skillet around ham; stir gently. Top ham with bell pepper rings. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until pineapple mixture thickens slightly and ham is thoroughly heated. To serve, stir pineapple mixture; spoon onto ham slices.
