Ham and Smoked Gouda Salad

Ready in 25 minutes! Mild Gouda pairs well with salty ham in a pasta salad topped with a creamy honey-mustard dressing.

Ingredients

cups uncooked rotini pasta (6 ounces)

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoons honey

tablespoons Dijon mustard

cups cubed fully cooked ham

medium stalks celery, sliced ( 3/4 cup)

cup cubed smoked Gouda cheese (5 ounces)
  • 1 Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • 2 Mix mayonnaise, honey and mustard in small bowl. Place pasta, ham, celery and cheese in large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat.
